This is a quick 'proof of concept' experiment in preparation for my workshop at the IVRPA conference in Vienna. I needed a 'warm up' exercise and I wanted my students to experience first hand what happens with a flat image on a rounded surface. Knowing and experiencing first hand are two different things. I often work with collage techniques with my regular (non panorama) clients when I need them to loosen up and associate freely. I decided to try if I could make a quick collage on a ball. It worked. Playing with wallpaper glue was also a lot of fun. Fortunately my students agreed :)
